What is Cash Back?
Cash Back refers to earning back a percentage of the money you spend. My Advertising Cash Back can be exchanged for real money via PayPal or for e-Gift Cards.
How does Cash Back work?
Any time you shop online with My Advertising in cooperative stores of My Advertising, Cash Back is activated. Then shop like you normally would on the retailer's website, and you will automatically earn Cash Back in your My Advertising account!
Where does the money come from?
Stores pay us a referral fee when we send you to their website and you shop. We share the fee directly with you - it's just that simple.
What If I want to use coupons and deals?
Cash Back stacks on top of all the coupons and deals! So it is EXTRA savings you can only get by clicking through My Advertising.
Can I get Cash Back for in-store purchases?
Not yet. We only get referral fees when you click from My Advertising to a store's website for online shopping.
What’s going on with my order?
Once we take you to a retailer's website, they handle the entire order, including payment and shipping. If you have questions about your order, please contact the retailer.
This deal has already expired!
Sometimes it's because your app didn't refresh (shut it down and reopen it if you don't think you're looking at the latest deals), and sometimes it's because the retailer changed the end date. If we've missed an expiration date change, please let us know.

The withdrawal button will become clickable when your My Advertising Balance reaches the withdrawal limit.
a. When you click through from My Advertising and make your transaction on a retailer's site we support, your action is tracked by the retailer and reported back to us (along with your uniquely identifiable code – letting us report your transaction to you).
b. When the transaction is first reported, it will be given a Pending status. This means that the retailer has tracked your transaction and indicated the Cash Back to be awarded. However, we haven’t confirmed that all criteria have been met.
c. Non-Travel(booking, hotels, etc) orders remain pending for 60 days while the store confirm your purchases and verifies that items from your order haven't been returned or refunded, and the pending period for Travel(booking, hotels, etc) orders extend to 180 days.
After a certain number of days (the pending period), your transaction will normally switch to Confirmed status. This means that we have pretty much agreed that all is fine with your transaction.
Once we are informed that items from your order have been returned or refunded, or the commission we got from the affiliate network is reserved due to some policies, My Advertising Cash Back will switch to Canceled status.
You have to click the button to activate Cash Back and complete your purchase. Then the store will report your order to My Advertising and we will add the Cash Back you earned to your My Advertising account. It is best to activate Cash Back with an empty shopping cart.
Your order will be attributed to other publishers if you use other programs or coupons which is not provided by My Advertising. It is best to disable all conflicting extensions when shopping with My Advertising. Sometimes, My Advertising will not display Cash Back and coupons on the main interface because you have used other programs. If you still want to earn My Advertising Cash Back, please click the My Advertising icon on the toolbar and then activate the Cash Back offer before placing your order.
When you click the Cash Back from My Advertising, it sets a special cookie in your internet browser. This cookie indicates to the store that you came from My Advertising. To make sure your orders get tracked, please allow third-party cookies and do not use any blocking software.
